  1. How in advance can I book?

    Please note the sooner you make your reservation would be better to guarantee your seat. We recommend making your reservation at least 48 hours from your travel date. Have in mind that last-minute bookings will be subject to availability.

  2. Can I book and pay with cash at the pick up time?

    We only work with prepaid services to guarantee your transport.

  3. Can a booking be modified?

    We know Trips can suffer changes, we understand that a lot of changes can happen (the close of borders and airports, flights cancellations, among others).   4. Do you provide refunds? Can I Cancel my Ticket?

    Due to our policies, we are not able to provide a full refund. To learn more about the percentage you can apply follow this link: Cancellations

  5. What Happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?

    If your flight is delayed or canceled please contact us to: +1 (858) 348-5490 or +502 58087471 or email to [email protected] to let us know about it and be able to help you to reschedule. Otherwise, if the driver arrives and he does not find you, the service will be charged as a No Show and a new ticket will have to be purchased.

  6. If I miss my bus can I be moved to the next one?

    Unfortunately, if you miss your bus a new ticket will have to be purchased.

  7. How much luggage can I bring with me?

    Rates include one standard piece of luggage and one carry-on. Extra luggage must be informed about in advance as it might incur additional costs. Luggage not approved in advance can be refused at pick up time at our sole discretion, and no refund will be given.

  8. Can I travel with my pet or assistance dog?

  9. My shuttle hasn’t picked me up yet, what do I do?

    If your service is a shared shuttle please note that delays are very often in this type of service as they have to pick up several passengers and time between one and another can take some time.   1. I made a booking and it was charged twice, how can I get the extra back?

    If there is a problem with your booking, payment didn’t go through or you were double charged, please contact us via Whatsapp or email! We'll be delighted to assist you.

  2. I’m trying to make a reservation but the site is not working. What should I do?
