  • We, Us, Our, GUATEGO, GUATE GO, TROTAMUNDOS, and guatego.com: refer to GUATEGO, a commercial company owned by “Trotamundos, Sociedad Anónima,” incorporated under and based in the Republic of Guatemala.
  • Website Visitor: refers to any person who visits our Website.
  • User: refers to the person who uses our Services.
  • You, User, Your or Yours: refers to the customer who visits the website and/or makes a reservation, purchase, or transaction through our website or through our customer service agents.

Since GUATEGO is a tool that helps you gather travel information for trips you wish to take in Guatemala, Costa Rica, or Belize, determine the availability of travel-related goods and services, and make reservations and negotiate with travel and transportation providers, we may share your Personal Data with our service providers.
In other words, if you contract with us, your personal data will be shared with providers or companies that help us provide or support our services, which manage their own Privacy Policies.
Additionally, we may share your Personal Data in the following cases:

  • To comply with legal processes, in accordance with applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence;

  • To enforce the terms and conditions of GUATEGO;

The GUATEGO Privacy Policy does not apply in the following cases:
